Your AI training might be great. For someone else in the room
Group AI training rarely moves everyone forward. Twenty-five minutes beside someone, working through their actual workflow, can deliver far more.

We keep hearing from businesses that have run the workshop, bought the licences and are still waiting for adoption. I'm not surprised.
In one room, you've got someone writing their first prompt, someone already automating tasks, and someone quietly wondering how any of this applies to their job.
The same session is supposed to move all three forward.
At Propel, we're finding that 25 minutes sitting beside someone, working through their actual workflow, can deliver far more value.
"Show me something you do every week." That's where the useful conversation starts.
A group session can look cheaper per head. But attendance is a pretty poor measure of value.
What can that person now do that they couldn't do before? And will they actually do it tomorrow? That's the point I make in the video.
If your AI adoption has stalled after the training, I'd take a close look at how personal and practical that training really was.
