A powerful evening with Dr Peter Fuda

Thank you to Amanda Coombs Wendy Bonnici for hosting a powerful evening with Dr Peter Fuda last night.

Two insights stayed with me: the biggest barrier to change is acceptance, and people can’t meet expectations we haven’t made clear.

His message about seeing potential in others also struck a personal chord. I’ve always taken pride in having the skill to recognise strengths people don’t yet see in themselves, believing in them, and working together to turn that potential into reality.

Hearing Peter articulate that was validating — and a reminder to keep doing it deliberately.

Food was fabulous too and it's always great to catch up with Ron Selkirk Jon Broome Nick Hindhaugh Carolyn Creswell OAM Tania Austin Paul Grant and the Gold crew.
