Here’s a candid look at what AI is doing to Propel.

Our average project revenue has dropped from above $500k to under $100k.

Roughly speaking, we need five times the project volume just to stand still.

As the person responsible for sales, that gets my attention.

More opportunities to find. More conversations. More proposals. More follow-up. And somehow, time to maintain the relationships that make all of it work.

Despite that shift, we’re growing above 30%.

I haven’t found five more working days in the week. We’ve been changing how the work gets done and building automations around our sales activity.

AI is putting pressure on our business model while also giving us ways to respond. We’re living both sides of that.

I unpack the challenge in the video.

If you’re facing a similar equation and want to compare notes on doing more sales with the same resources, hit me up. Happy to share our automations.
