I start in my outbox.
We’ve built an automation that analyses two years of my sent emails and recognises how I write to different people.
Because I don’t write to a long-standing client the same way I write to someone I’ve just met.
It prepares replies using the context from previous emails, Slack and OneDrive. I review, adjust where needed, and send.
I still own what goes out under my name. But I’m no longer starting every response with a blank screen and a hunt for context.
This is the kind of change we’re exploring at Propel: what happens to your working day when AI does the preparation before you even open the task.
It is also a good example of how much you should be redesigning your workflows when adding AI into your workday.
In the video, I explain how AI has flipped my email routine.
If you’d like to see how we’ve set it up, hit me up.
